These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777ct platform, accessible at 777ct.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", or "777ct"). The Platform is operated as an English-language online gaming information service targeting users in Pakistan.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 777ct Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. 777ct reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "Site" / "777ct" — the online gaming information and services platform accessible at 777ct.cam, including all pages, features, content and functionality made available thereon.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" — any individual who accesses, registers on or otherwise makes use of the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a User must wager using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x, 40x).
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction mechanism whereby a User requests that their Account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period to support responsible gambling behaviour.

Access to and use of the 777ct Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a third party, corporate entity or syndicate.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any related service, unless such exclusion has formally expired and been lifted in accordance with the Platform's procedures.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your Account.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. 777ct reserves the right to update its list of Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.

To access the full range of Services on 777ct, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing management of your Account:

1. One Account per User: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts for the same individual — regardless of the email address or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false details, including a false name, date of birth or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify 777ct immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
4. KYC Verification: 777ct reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC, passport or government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address and, where required, evidence of source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
5. Account Closure by User: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses may be forfeited upon closure at the Platform's discretion.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 777ct grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 777ct.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or other data-extraction mechanisms to access any part of the Platform.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, server or network associated with the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law, including anti-money laundering regulations, consumer protection law or data protection obligations.
• Exploit errors, glitches or malfunctions in any game or system on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.

777ct reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time and without liability to you. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of Services.

The following conditions govern financial transactions on the Platform:

1. Own Funds Only: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered solely in your name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
2. Minimum Amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. Where amounts are illustrated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), these figures are representative examples only; actual limits depend on the operator's current settings.
3. Payment Method References: Payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform for informational context only. Their availability for any specific transaction depends on the operator's cashier configuration at the relevant time. 4. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and may take between 24 hours and several business days. 777ct is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network issues.
5. Anti-Money Laundering: 777ct operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives available on 777ct are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account subject to fulfilment of all stated eligibility conditions, including minimum qualifying deposit where applicable.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, time limit and eligible game contributions will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are typically held in separate wallets. Real funds may be used first, or the sequence may be configurable within your account settings — refer to the cashier for current behaviour.
• 777ct reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any bonus at any time without notice where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, collusion between players, exploitation of bonus terms, or use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and are not a guaranteed source of winnings. Past promotional results are not indicative of future outcomes. Any PKR-denominated bonus figures referenced on the Platform are illustrative examples only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ct Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where required by law, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading identity information at any stage.
• Using funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means to fund your Account.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation or collusion in casino games.
• Using software tools — including bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence agents or exploit software — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting documented or undocumented errors, bugs or glitches in any game or Platform feature.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, including self-exclusion, by creating new accounts or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing customer support staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the 777ct Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 777ct or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The 777ct name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of 777ct. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written consent of 777ct. Unauthorised use of Platform content, including scraping, mirroring or reproduction of any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to 777ct's Intellectual Property beyond the limited personal-use licence described in Section 5 above.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ct, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill or business opportunity.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including game odds, bonus descriptions, payment method guides or regulatory references.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity conducted through the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 777ct does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components.

777ct is committed to promoting safe, responsible and controlled gambling behaviour. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your Account. Self-excluded users must not attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering new accounts.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform without permanently closing your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ct holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the licence jurisdiction, as applicable. 777ct does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in connection with these Terms, and users accessing from Pakistan do so acknowledging this limitation.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

777ct reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable regulation, registered users will be notified of significant amendments via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. 777ct accepts no liability for any failure on your part to remain informed of applicable Terms.
